Attend TeraWulf’s Zoning Appeals Meeting

Save the date! On December 10th there will be a Zoning Board of Appeals meeting discussing appeals for TeraWulf’s AI data center. Show up and wear red! We need to demonstrate our opposition at every step of the way. To read the Agenda and Agenda Packet, see here.

About the Meeting

TeraWulf will present their arguments for why their data center is a qualified use under the current industrial zoning, appealing the Code Enforcement Officer’s (CEO) written zoning interpretation.

Anticipated Action Items for TeraWulf’s appeals

• Application completeness review

• Scheduling of a public hearing

• Preliminary classification for State Environmental Quality Review Act (SEQR) review

There is no opportunity for public comment at this meeting, but there likely would be at the public hearing scheduled in the future.

Show up and wear red!

We need to have a presence at this meeting to continue to show our opposition. The Code Enforcement Officer has already made the determination that TeraWulf’s project does not fit in the Industrial Zone classification. Support this ruling and oppose TeraWulf’s data center plans!
