Support the Lawsuit Against TeraWulf: Make an Impact Today
CLEAN and FLX Strong need to fund their lawsuit against the Town of Lansing Zoning Board of Appeals (ZBA) as well as TeraWulf, Inc., Cayuga Operating Company, LLC, Lake Hawkeye LLC and Fred Delfavero.
In the suit, they are seeking judicial review of the ZBA’s 3 to 2 vote on December 22nd, 2025, by which the ZBA narrowly approved the TeraWulf’s appeal that their proposed data center qualified as a “general processing facility.”
Their attorney estimates that legal fees will be in the range of $25,000-$30,000. They are also budgeting $2500 for other lawsuit-related expenses and some demonstrations (which you are welcome to attend!)
